ALL UNITS are SELF CATERING.
The MAXIMUM number of guests (including children) per unit is limited to the number of beds in the unit.

All ACCOMMODATION requires 
A minimum of a 2-night booking OUT OF SEASON required.
A minimum of a 5-night booking IN/PEAK SEASON required.
A minimum of a 3-night booking for EASTER Weekend required.

CHECK IN from 14h00 (2 pm) CHECK OUT before 10h00 (10 am).

Weekends = Fri & Sat
Weeknights = Sun to Thu
In Season – 16-24 Dec & 02-05 Jan
Peak Season – 25 Dec to 02 Jan

BEACH UNITS.
Breakage Deposit R 1500 – Refundable

BASIC UNITS (Rondavels & Chalets).
Breakage Deposit R 300 – Refundable

CAMPING SITES: Only 1 Caravan & MAX 6 people per site. (2 Vehicles per Site) Children under 5 years old are free. All sites have access to electricity and water. Bring your own Blue Caravan Adaptor, Long Extension cord & Portable Braai. NO SOLID GROUND SHEETS.

PENSIONERS: OUT OF SEASON ONLY. Discounts need to be arranged when making the reservation. Pensioners are people over 60 years from an SA ID or if a Pensioners Card can be produced. No discounts are applicable for IN/Peak Season or the Easter Weekend and where other specials may apply.

DAY VISITORS PICNIC SPOTS:
08h00 – 18h00 (8 am – 6 pm)
NO ENTRY AFTER 16h00 (4 pm)

ONLINE BOOKING ONLY
Max of 10 visitors from 6 years up and 2 vehicle per Picnic Spot.
Children under 5 years old are FREE.
No Tents or free-standing braais are allowed at picnic spots.

The Guest shall pay Buhlebendalo Properties a breakage deposit. Such a deposit shall be held in the account of Buhlebendalo Properties. Buhlebendalo Properties shall have the right to apply the whole or portion thereof towards payment of any liability of whatever nature for which the Guest is responsible, including but not limited to damages caused to the premises, replacement of items missing in inventory and legal fees, if necessary. Buhlebendalo Properties shall retain the breakage deposit until all repairs and/or replacements have been completed. Should none be necessary, the breakage deposit will be refunded back into the account supplied by the Guest. This takes approximately 7 to 10 working days after departure.

Should the bank details not be supplied on departure, alternatively within 6 months of the departure date, the breakage deposit will be forfeited, and no further claim may be made against the Resort for a refund. The Guest will not be allowed to take occupation until the full rental and breakage deposit has been paid.

NO SMOKING IN UNITS: If any trace is encountered, the full Breakage Deposit will be retained, and the guest will be liable for any further dry-cleaning or laundry bills to refresh the rooms.

• A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of making the reservation. The balance is payable 3 to 5 days BEFORE arrival and proof emailed to the resort.

• All tariffs are subject to change without notice. All tariffs are VAT inclusive. Terms and conditions apply.
• Only one discount/special is applicable per booking.
• Accommodation: Children from 6 years and older pay full rates.
• No Day Visitors to the Units or Camping sites allowed.
• No more than the allowable number of persons per unit/campsite will be allowed
• NO PETS allowed. (Sorry not even cute small ones!)
• NO loud music/noise, indecent behaviour, foul language, or violence will be tolerated. NO music from vehicles, NO “boom boxes” and NO loudspeakers or amplifier systems are permitted to be used anywhere. If you do not adhere the device will be apprehended
• NO motor-propelled boats, jet-skis, wind/or kite-surfers are allowed. NO drones or radio-controlled flying crafts are allowed.
• NO SMOKING IN UNITS. NO FIREWORKS
• NO FIREARMS or weapons of any kind may be brought into the resort.

Bookings without deposits will be cancelled!

All cancellations MUST be in WRITING and the following cancellation charges shall apply:
In all instances below, a 10% cancellation fee is charged on the refunded amount

• No Show or Notification - No Refund - 0%
• Cancelled - Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No Refund - 0%
• Cancelled - 7-30 days prior to arrival: Refund - 50%
• Cancelled - 30 days or more prior to arrival: Refund - 100%

In event of a premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked, is due to Buhlebendalo Properties.
